Delivery times
Delivery times are counted in business days only:

Order processing
- Orders placed Sunday–Thursday by 13:00 are processed the same business day.

Delivery
- Deliveries are made by an external courier company.
- The customer must be reachable by phone to coordinate delivery with the courier.
- If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be delayed or the parcel returned.
Returns & exchanges
- You can cancel, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. For a change of mind, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return or exchange not due to a defect: the customer ships the item at their own expense. When cancelling for a change of mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, applies.
- Defective or non-conforming item: we arrange collection at our expense, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
- Refund: to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
