New Shoes is an Israeli online store for sneakers and sports shoes for women, men and kids, from brands such as Nike, Adidas, New Balance, UGG and ASICS. The site is operated by Yam Algrably, Licensed Dealer No. 215721952, 12 Maskit St., Herzliya. Shipping is free throughout Israel, and customer service is available on WhatsApp, phone and email, Sunday–Thursday 9:00–21:00.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on all products. Delivery takes 5–18 business days, and 8–18 business days to Eilat, the Arava and Judea and Samaria. Orders placed Sunday–Thursday by 13:00 are processed the same business day. Deliveries are made by an external courier company. Full details: Shipping Policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?
You can cancel, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, in its original condition and unused. When cancelling for a change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping and a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Defective items are collected at our expense, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days.
