The owner and operator of the website is Yam Algrably, Licensed Dealer No. 215721952, operating under the trade name newshoes.
(hereinafter: “the Company” and/or “the Website” and/or “the Website Operator”).

 

The terms of use of the site regulate the relationship between the site and any person who browses and/or uses the site or the information contained therein.
(Each of them hereinafter referred to as: “the Customer” and/or “the User”).

Any use of the site and the content displayed therein, including browsing, browsing, performing an action and/or purchasing, is subject to these terms of use. The user is asked to read these terms carefully. If he does not agree to them, he must exit the site and not make any use of it. The mere use of the site constitutes full agreement to these terms.

The user may remove himself from the mailing list at any time by clicking on the removal link that appears in the body of the message or by contacting customer service.

 

Information security measures:

• The site employs advanced and accepted information security measures and protection technologies (including the SSL encryption protocol) in order to maintain the confidentiality of the information, its integrity and its protection against unauthorized access, disruption or exposure.
• Credit card processing on the site is performed securely through a certified external payment processing company, which meets the strictest security standards for credit card companies (PCI-DSS Level 1). Customers’ credit card information is not stored on the site’s servers and is not accessible to company staff.
• Despite the advanced security measures, since this is an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee complete and final immunity from intrusion into its servers or disclosure of information as a result of hostile and illegal activity. The User declares that he is aware of these risks and that he will not have any claim, demand or claim against the Company for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by a cyber incident or hacking, unless this is caused by the Company’s criminal negligence.

Products and user responsibilities

The use of the products is at the sole responsibility of the user.

The user exempts the site operator from any liability for direct or indirect damage caused as a result of the use of the products.

In the event of side effects (allergy, injury, etc.), discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Prices and payments

Prices, availability and purchase terms may change from time to time.

The site may cancel an order in the event of an error, lack of stock, or refusal by the credit card company.

 

Payment is made upon confirmation of the order.

In the event of refusal to pay, the site may terminate the service and demand payment by alternative means.

 

Placing an order

A condition for ordering on the site is that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older.
When placing an order, accurate and complete details must be entered.

The Company may perform payment verification, including via SMS.

 

An order confirmation will be sent by email.

An invoice will be sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase.

 

Product supply

• Free shipping
• Delivery times: 5–18 business days
• To Eilat, the Arava and Judea and Samaria: 8–18 business days
• Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not considered business days.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be considered an order placed on the next business day.
• Delivery is carried out through an external shipping company.
• If a shipment returns to us because of incorrect details or because it could not be delivered, we will arrange re-delivery. Any cost for this will be given to the customer in advance and charged only with their approval.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

Everything is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741.1981–

• You can cancel/exchange up to 14 days after receiving the product.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method.
• In case of regret – cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower)
• Defective or non-conforming product – collected at the site’s expense, with a replacement or a full refund at the customer’s choice
• On a regret return, a product that has been used will not be refunded.
• If the original payment method cannot be credited, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

 

Prohibited activity on the site

It is prohibited to:

• Copying, duplication or commercial use of content
• Automated use, data mining or hacking attempts
• Impersonation, fraud, or harm to other users
• Use contrary to the law or these regulations

 

Violation may result in suspension or blocking from the site.

 

Intellectual property

Copyright in content created by New Shoes, such as texts, the site design and the New Shoes logo, belongs to New Shoes and may not be used without prior written permission. Brand names, trademarks and logos of the manufacturers shown on the site belong to their owners. New Shoes is not an official representative of these brands and is not affiliated with them.

 

Stopping activity

The site may cease operations or cancel an order at any time. In such a case, a full refund will be given.

 

Diversity and Jurisdiction

The regulations may be updated from time to time.

The applicable law is the law of the State of Israel only.

 

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court in the Tel Aviv district.
