New Shoes provides deliveries throughout the country, subject to the conditions detailed below.

Shipping cost
● Free shipping on all products on the site.

Delivery times
Delivery times are calculated on business days only:
● Order handling: 1–3 business days from when the order is received (included in the total delivery time).
● Standard delivery: 5-18 business days (including order reception and processing and shipping days)
● Deliveries to Eilat, the Arava, and Judea and Samaria areas: 8-18 business days

Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not considered business days.

Receiving orders
● Orders placed Sunday-Thursday by 1:00 PM will be processed the same business day.
●Orders placed from Thursday after 1:00 PM, as well as orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays – will be accepted.
Next business day (Sunday)

Delivery of the shipment
● Deliveries are made through an external shipping company
● The customer must be available by phone to coordinate the delivery of the package with the courier.
● Customer unavailability may result in delivery delays or return shipments.
