New Shoes ships throughout Israel, subject to the terms below.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all products.

Delivery times

Delivery times are counted in business days only:

• Order handling: 1–3 business days from when the order is received (included in the total delivery time).
• Standard delivery: 5–18 business days.
• Eilat, the Arava and Judea and Samaria: 8–18 business days.

The total delivery time is 5–18 business days and includes order handling and shipping. Eilat, the Arava and Judea and Samaria: 8–18 business days.

Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays are not business days.

Order processing

• Orders placed Sunday–Thursday by 13:00 are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 13:00 on Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or holiday, are processed on the next business day (Sunday).

Delivery

• Deliveries are made by an external courier company.
• The customer must be reachable by phone to coordinate delivery with the courier.
• If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be delayed or the parcel returned.

Returns & exchanges

• You can cancel, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. For a change of mind, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Return or exchange not due to a defect: the customer ships the item at their own expense. When cancelling for a change of mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, applies.
• Defective or non-conforming item: we arrange collection at our expense, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
• Refund: to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
